To operate with multiple airplanes and multiple pilots, an air carrier must have a General Operations Manual.  The GOM that is for sale on this site is specifically geared around the use of Cirrus Design aircraft, but could be simply modified for any aircraft.  You will receive the GOM and the appropriate Appendices with the purchase of the GOM for $500.

 The Statement of Compliance is a document that outlines how your air carrier company is going to comply with the appropriate federal regulations that govern them.  I have included for download two Statements of Compliance, one for a single pilot operator for $75.  You must go through the document and add specific details that pertain to your company when needed.

To operate with more than one pilot, an air carrier must have an approved training program.  Purchase the Cirrus Training Program for $150 and you will also get some powerpoints that will help during INDOC.
